Suffer ye not in sin,
And release thyself from carnal bondage.
Cast away ye thy shackles of fleshly burden,
And, receive ye no longer
Thy marring lashes of guilt’s’ scourge.
Let thy broken spirit receive Me,
For I shall calm thy anguished heart
And My yolk shall not crush thee,
Nor, should thy laboring hand
Ever have need to suffer further condemnation.
For in the freedom of repentance
Shall thy soul restore unto itself
Glorious Illumination,
And the quickening Breath of Life.
