Breathe Poem by Rose Gachette-Lustin

Breathe

Rating: 5.0

Can I breathe again
Without the world crumbling down from under me
Everything is in standstill,
I cannot bare it any longer
It hasn't rained, so nothing is growing
There are only puddles where flower once bloomed
The sun still shines
The taunting feeling of hope hanging about
