A special breath has been whispering
Around my neck of late-
Some breezes cool us on hot days
Evaporate our accumulated heats.
Yet it's cold here now-
Is that why the breath
Is so warm?
It hits the back of my neck
Even when the breather isn't around
Which astounds me.
I would breathe back of course
But first I must inhale deeper.
Why rush in front of breezes?
A breath at the neck, is better than a pain in the neck, so remember by heck, that every blooming sec, especialluy on the deck, can breath life into an old wreck. Sid
Love this one Linda - it flows and reads aloud well, with it's quirky poetic question at the end, it still lingers, like a warm breath........ great stuff, and keep writing...10 from Fay.
Linda someone gave you a rotten mark to bring down the ten I gave you.Must have been some uncharitable person...... Sid.
