The words “I love you” have no meaning
What comes with it is something I’m not needing
Something I want to deal with out
I thought I knew what it was all about
But frankly I don’t
Because it seemed so easy for you to let US go
I cried
And all you could reply
Was “dry your eyes”
And so nonchalantly
But don’t you worry
I am not mad at thee
How could I be?
You were so ready
To just hang up
And once you did
I did the same thing
With love
