Broken And Unspoken Poem by Joshua Adams

Broken And Unspoken

As I lie here dreaming of my life before me. A brand new image flashes before me eyes. I see nothing more I feel nothing less. My heart drops from my chest. It continues to speed up but only to slow down. I feel your shot flowing through me. I hear your voice in my ear. I thought I had gotten over you, but i never truly did. Your face dominates my mind your voice is all I hear. I am nothing with out you. I wish you were here.
I drink more now I fight more fights. Just to ease my depression I feel at night. I get hurt and don't feel anything but the pain you caused me. I thought I had gotten over you, but I never truly did. Your face dominates my mind. Your voice is all I hear I am nothing with out you. How did you make me fall so hard.
Now that you are here beside me I see that you held me back. Without you here to guide me I'm coming back.
