Broken Flower Poem by Brian Smith

Broken Flower

Rating: 5.0

I found this delicate little flower.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

It was just lying on the grass.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

Someone just tossed it aside.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

It was bruised, but still intact inside.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

I took it gently in my hands.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

I took it home and nourished it.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

I gave it water and sunlight.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

I talked softly to it.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

It healed from the inside out.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

It opened up its delicate petals.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

It stretched itself to the world.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

My flower now gives off a sweet fragrence.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

My delicate flower brightens the entire room.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

My broken flower is beautiful again.
BeautifulBeautifulBeautiful

JustLikeYou.
