Bubbles
Bubbles of oxygen
Of arsenic bubbles
Of nitrogen and other elements
So many bubbles, thus!
In his mouth
Bubbles foamed
Bubbles of blood
Saliva
Rage
And
Face upwards lay
In the shallow waters
Unmoving
Bubbles just above.
He told me: I made a Pact with the Dark
Said: ‘I must observe it to preserve my blood'
Life be bubbles too that burst yet reproduce..
