Buckfield Pad Poem by Daniel Miltz

Buckfield Pad

My house in Maine
Where I long for a day
Of snow and ice
Of uncovered branches
And moon-cast shadows
A delight in the mid year
Be that as it may
We love the spirit
And its progressive
Unambiguous
Jack Frost winter
