Bull In A China Shop Poem by Royston Allen

Bull In A China Shop

Like a Bull in a china shop he crashed through
testosterone raging frightening you.
Why can't he just woo and gently wine and dine
building the relationship, taking his time.

No, he had to rush, doing it his way
threatening your friendship, spoiling the day.
Alas, something lovely that might have been
did not come to pass and will never be seen

God, of loving relationships You took time
to win the love of this heart poor of mine.
For you were so gentle, biding your time
waiting the moment to win this heart of mine
