Burning Bridges Poem by Paul Warren

Burning Bridges

Rating: 5.0

Thinking of the burning bridges
That I have left behind
The times when I went for myself
And left others far behind

Left broken on the ground
The lying embers of these things
The burning bridges falling after me
The thought "What a fool I've been" still rings.
