But Sally, She Said Nothing Poem by Kevin Hulme

But Sally, She Said Nothing

Amy said she loves me
It was Amy who's Heart was true,
Who's loyalties paved the road ahead
So a lasting love ensues.

It was Katy that spoke of Poetry
And Music in a life of dance,
To fill the Soul with the Cultural food,
The grain of all Romance.

But Sally she said nothing,
Her words revealed with the eyes,
Oh What! she said with that fleeting glance,
Now there, my future lies.
