I allowed you to rule over my mind
But me over yours I can’t find
It took me a lot of courage to speak it out
But nothing do you care about
I kept questioning, you said nothing
Now I am silent, so are you
But of this detonating heart, what should I do?
You’ll never say and I’ll never ask
There’s warmth but I can never bask
It’s easy to get in
But is there any way out?
Will I ever be able to find out?
Which is beyond doubt?
You don’t speak but your eyes do
Yes, I can see it
From them when I go through
But they don’t synchronize
When you speak
And then I realize
Heart is heart
But the real is mind
May be we’re not meant to be together
I little knew, it would catch me hither
Seems like there is a rip in my heart
But maybe we’re better apart
