By Him She Stands


By him she stands
From the day they did wed
And they'll be holding hands
long after they're dead

Life have given them tests
That caused many to part
But they started off right
With true love in their heart

Now many wander how they do it
Through the trials they've been
But they keep coming back
On top time and time again

They pray together
Holding no secrets behind
No story from the past can haunt them
Or sneek up on them from the blind

She wears a pretty smile
And he's proud as can be
For as they are concerned
Their love will last through Eternity

Not many today will pass lifes tests
Most will simply walk away giving up
No matter how many kids are envolved
They just walk away like a whipped pup

If you have a good marriage
See it through to the end
Don't give up on something simple
There is more to think of my friend
