Caged In The Land Of The Free Poem by J.C. Masa

Caged In The Land Of The Free

One motorcycle ride makes me feel alive and free.
It gives me a chance to pause for a while and just be carefree.
Now I'm here on the other side, where that feeling can't be.
Just stuck within these four walls every night, where my thoughts run crazy.

But I've got to keep in mind I'm here for the opportunity.
They say I'm lucky to be in the land of the free.
But they don't know I feel caged in this industry.
Who am I really meant to be?
Still searching for the man I'm destined to be.
