We have prayed, wanting no cross,
But now we pray for strength,
Strength to not be crushed by the cross,
Perhaps God answers this.
We have prayed, wanting peace,
But now we praying, ask for rage,
Rage, to unbury us from the stillness,
God answers.
We prayed, wanting to bloom and be found,
But now we pray, asking to be thorns, unseen
To those that hold, uproot, suffocating us,
God answers.
We have prayed, wanting curtains,
And have seen, your darkness ever since,
Now we pray, our eyes so, be blind to it,
God answers.
We have prayed, wanting tomorrow,
But now we praying, ask for yesterday,
For yesterday, we had some and today,
Perhaps, God wakes us.
We have prayed, wanting deliverance,
But now we pray our fondness wanes,
Wanes, so his passing don't remain undyingly,
Perhaps, God answers.

God answers amazingly through mind and activity through vibrations in silence. Our prayer brings strength for us. God hears prayers. An excellent poem is very brilliantly penned...10
