Camel Subway Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Camel Subway

Camel subway

This forest has steps and stops
It plays varied games with the eyes
Is movie, is a show, amuses
Full of joy, it depends on play
Working man with the keys
Officers in blacks and blues
TTC, J. C. Chun and others
Then the guy in some shade
So many almond eyes as if now
Japan and Korea united in China
Someone has bags on wheels
Holds handle moves and reels
Yawning is everywhere as always
Depths of mouths and bad teeth
And shaved heads like the legs
Memories of camel in desert
I rode it with numbness in my legs.
