Can you bare being alone?

You fear the emptiness
the nothingness
the void of space in you.
You fear what's there
what you will find, or
what you won't find
so, you fill it up

You crave the attention
fiend for emotional feeling
the rush of a new love
a new feeling to fill you up.
Love is the new high.
Why are you soo afraid of being alone?

Your external reality
defines who you are.
In you mind,
You create false problems,
make story that lead to nothing
but misery.
its lovelessness

For you,
without someone or something,
life has nothing to give but pain.
"The life worth living is the examined life"
But, we don't contemplate anymore.

The boring calm brings
Peace of mind,
inner spaciousness,
Its brings internal peace.
Why are you soo afraid of being alone?
