Can You Clarify, What Is Life? Poem by Mohammad Younus

Can You Clarify, What Is Life?

Can you clarify, what is life?
A wall stands firmly in between—
I need, desperately, to understand,
To break it down, to see unseen.

Does this cycle turn without a sound,
Or does life spin with Time's own wheel,
Rotating ceaselessly around—
An endless dance, a fate we feel?

It's not about the getting 'there'—
The journey itself is the goal!
Let it be known with firm resolve;
Nature's cycles speak and unfold.
No need to defend my point—enough!
Witnesses abound all around.
You can grasp this secret truth—
Through spirit's depth or soul's profound.

Not found explicitly in preludes,
Scriptures written by human hand;
Yet truth's whispers persist, elude,
To be understood, soul expands.

Weak of knee, slow at step,
Hollow in intent, I still proclaim:
It is worth understanding life's cycle
Illusion speaks through ignorance
Who claim or aspire to break this cycle

Gnostics, sages, divinely wise,
Say duality's veil obscures the truth
Lifecycle has nothing to do with Karma
Life cycle is the truth, the reality.
We have nothing to do with awagawan
Shell or no shell, we're always free—
'Cause the essence of our life is—
ONE SINGLE REALITY that proclaims:
Say I am one, unique—the absolute.
