Hi Mary This poem is over a year old so I trust the stress you were feeling is over, or you're coping with it. The way you wrote it with short, choppy lines and repetition like matters begun, self-interrupted, and taken up again follows the confused workings of the mind during stress. I know I have had times when my thoughts followed the same confused tracks of your poem. And since you actually wrote them down - as few of us do - we will be able to recognize them when the crisis occurs and be better prepared to deal with it.
