Can You Walk The Line? Poem by Vladimir Goshen

Can You Walk The Line?

In your life
You can be thankful
You can be kind
But it doesnt mean a dime
If you cannot walk the line

In your life
You can have fun
You can drink rum
But it doesnt mean a dime
If you cannot walk the line

The way people live today
You'd think they're about to pass away
Doing stupid things
Like buying meaningless diamond rings
But really
Life is just a waste of time
If you cannot walk the straight white line
