Carry On Poem by Mason KT Goldstein

Carry On

Rating: 4.0

one more thing without a sound
moving and twiching around
you scoop your hand on the ground
and next thing you see is a snake unwound
a glamouros look in his hey
and a fierce sharp tail
it slithers out your hand
and bellows with a large hale
the sounds calling
to all of his kins
his life still remain but he is also out of my hands
'sssss'
is what they say
with no bad looks and not a good day
i can see that all of your life
has been drained into all this strife
just from touching one little tail
one little tail that you wish you can bail
