Able I, listen or

-childhood facts
-of others; mine also

Hear youths
-and the old,
-and mid-aged

Sweet
-fresh
-and stay
-as the best

Childhood message
-as carving on the rock,
-or on the, tree trunk
-grown free and in wild…

Core the same
-now expert
-in the cold and the heat
-ice and wind

Same are mine
-on stone
-of my mind
-morning sun all the time

Memories of Childhood
-are bright as are carves
-flicker, warn, alarm
-"Is from…"
-and come names
-of teachers, of pages
-memories, encounters
-stories, good or bad
-deeply carved
-to remain till we die
-or the fall
-of the rock or trunk…
