Catbird Poem by priscah Mutswenje

Catbird

On a misty morning, she rose up
There lay smoke at the top
Florescent light were fully covered
In the cold dew and thick flog
In the furthest distance
Yet on top of the erected tower
Conversed the ugly dark catbird
As if taking a shower
Snapping the hefty head bud
Drooping to the lower field
This seemed quite full
It shouted, spreading condemn
Vehemently to the peaceful minds
Then the voice was raised
In the strong power of evil
Showering glorious spirit
They capsulated the will of God
