Caught Up Poem by Carolyn Brunelle

Caught Up

Caught up
in the breeze rustling my hair,
I feel life still here in these old bones.
Light spills
into dark corners of my mind;
makes me aware of eternal breath.
All my life is gift;
each enlightenment
a step forward on the path
to a bigger world.
Caught up in a moment's
delectable reverie,
I become a smile
on God's eternal face
fully alive again and
aware of His grace.
