'Cause When I Stand Close Poem by Garland Jodie Jeen

'Cause When I Stand Close

</>Mother GIVES an eternal birth to me

and I give a birth to endless tears..

Look at the crabby animals with a shell

Sooner it 'll go to hell, crabbie

Look at me,

I do not dig at thee, why, then

you destroy my chiffon dress so retaliative?

I leave you behind, yet you follow me.

Finish me off, or else you can't go back to the sea

My footprints are so morbid, such an empty separation between steps

My hunch inspires me...

They say you are overrunning

I understand you are determined, assuredly

This is your eventual way to catch up with me.

Dazzles fall on the beach, letting me

read my love story irrelevant to the poem's theme...
