Celebrity Sighting - Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

The intensity
of your smile
heightens
my expectations
as you
come closer…
into view
I'm experiencing
thunderous palpitations

Struck dumb…
as your fleeting
image passes by
surrounded in a
rush of fading screams
Never noticing
the radiance
illuminating my heart
like a neon sign...
glowing with fanciful dreams
