Cellular Phones Comments

I am one of those who has a love/hate relationship with cell phones! Although I think they are wonderful to have in the case of emergency, especially while traveling, I can't help but also feel that the whole talking/texting thing has gotten way out of control. There is a time and place where it is appropriate but people seem to think any time or place is appropriate.
