Challenge To Winter

Poem by James Grengs

Come, Winter! Blow!
Your winds, with all their chill,
Do not scare me.
The power in your frost
Burns hot, impossibly, in my flesh.
I do not fear you, Winter,
For your might may thaw
Under the glow of the sun.
