Through
Chamber after chamber
He, the magician sad
He led me
Now and then
Stared back at me
With his thick vermilion eyebrows
And his eyes ever-reddening
To see that I was following
Him
Into that crystalline labyrinth.
How shall escape that labyrinth
Or else return if he not lead me
Back?
