Cheers Poem by Binu Mathew

Cheers

Paying tribute to Bacchus,
The room was full of revelry,
With loud laughter and hugs,
At the periodic partying of,
Friends of fair-weather,
Who fled like birds at gunshot,
When suddenly one collapsed,
At the height of camaraderie!

Cheers
