Chemical Imbalance Poem by tradinni bett

Chemical Imbalance

goose chase, as it were, they seen it
behest of the twirly wry of her eyes
although I loved you, I had to leave
there never a difference borne in your presence
and absence as it chanced, so the least allure and the most merit sought in despair
an afterthought note, bereft of it's mercy delivered unto, with less a bliss on her world
there exists in your eyes no foul, swear the fault be none, and alternative to take, or leave, I find no
choice
the past and present, her world to take, my laments be cold, her ails warm as an apple cider
knee high as I were, had found a spot, her charms to partake
so the nostalgia, can't revisit a past if there never was, inclined to the tragic of fate, a box created
by those whose patience to run out a try withheld
so took the exit of a comrade, her path to clear cause she used to come with her friend
hitherto her friend comes with her
a world in whose legacy is void, regardless of the love commitment and the hate prejudice, resist
the allies charms
make out a bliss of an enemy cause an adversary be worth
that of a friendly enemy
because, in either am I bad at everything
thus a perfect pawn, capable of anything
so I clung to my pain
because it reminded me that the joy I once felt was real
and find me a cellar, so the beer flows
as my unpleasantries cascade along
my future is bereft, ay me
my past says so
