Chicago Barbecue Poem by Nick krakana

Chicago Barbecue

I felt the heartbeat of a great city
The summer heat the winter ice
A memory made fonder now
As I look back on the how

Chicago came to settle in my heart
From north shore to down on state
Were the barbecue chicken is always great
Appointments well... there made to be late

Can't make a Chicago barbecue wait
