A leader is one
That knows
Goes and shows
Leading the way
A move for
Fair governance
Equates to
Planting of
Trees and plants
For grand display
No shame-
Learning for fame.

A leader is one
That knows
Goes and shows
Leading the way
A chief like-
A skilled gardener
Must know
The colour-wheel
Of its people:
Prime colours,
Cool colours,
Warm colours,
And neutral colours
Managing and matching
Diverse tastes and moods
Varieties to rustle up
Cohesive and pleasant
General outlook
Striking a balance
And unity
Of the masses
The opposition
To build up the nation
A great landscape
Of communities
Like those trees
Shrubs and lawns
The nature maintains.

A leader is one
That knows
Goes and shows
Leading the way
Judiciously-
Mixing all
In a harmonious
Flow of colours
Tuneful size of
Ethnic groups-
Musical time frame
Of flowering-
In a proportionate
Volume of blooming
Of selected patterns
All looking the same
In tune with each other.

A leader is one
That knows
Goes and shows
Leading the way
Since, it's an art-
Present day leader
Needs play
Well mixed up
For only art's sake
To achieve equation
And an atmosphere
Maintaining-
A temperament
For huge variety
Of multi-cultures
Colours
Sizes and shapes
Sketching the face.

A leader is one
That knows
Goes and shows
Leading the way
By keeping a check
On its nursery
The leader must-
Like
A trusted gardener
Keeping an eye
On thermostat-
Checking the level of
Needed temperature,
Pest-control,
Prune-regularity,
Sun-light factor,
Place proper,
And watering
Thereof the masses
With restraint etc.

Otherwise-
For a leader
No reason to stay
Is a good reason to go?
