Children Stop Taking Birth On Earth. Poem by shelly kiran

Children Stop Taking Birth On Earth.

Rating: 5.0

Children stay anywhere but stop taking birth on earth,
There is nobody who knows your worth on earth.
They want to kill you in mother's wombs,
They want to celebrate victory on your tombs,
They seem to be polite and gentle,
But they are psychic and mental,
They want to tear you into pieces,
and see your heart throb,
They want you to weep,
bury you in deep, they want
to listen your sob,
They want your bodies to be their battlefield,
They would make you their arms and shield,
They are rapists,
they are criminals,
They have acids to burn urinals,
They would bake their bread on funerals.
There is no love but only hate's hearth on earth,
Life is to kill your mind and soul,
but it is not called death on earth.

This is indeed a moving account and a caustic commentary on the shameful state of affairs with regard to female foeticide or women and girls subjected to heinous crimes like rape and murder every day. Hats off to you for such a powerful write. Thanks. They want your bodies to be their battlefield, They would make you their arms and shield, They would bake their bread on funerals.

A very sharp write the current violence situation prevailing world over, especially with regard to feoticide, rape and violence against women and children. Quite acidic. Emotional.
