City Of The Stars Poem by Ojeikpo Elijah

City Of The Stars

City of stars, oh how you enchant,
With your bright lights and bustling streets,
A place where dreams are born, a place to plant,
A seed of hope, where the soul meets.

The city that never sleeps, it never tires,
For it is fueled by ambition and desire,
Where every person is a star, burning fires,
Fueling the city's eternal empire.

The streets are paved with stardust, so it seems,
As the neon signs illuminate the night,
A place where anything is possible, where dreams,
Are within reach, shining ever so bright.

Oh city of stars, you hold the key,
To unlock the dreams of humanity,
Your glimmering skyline, a sight to see,
A symbol of hope, a beacon for all to be.

From the streets to the sky, your beauty shines
A never-ending symphony of dreams and signs.
