Clap Your Lips - Poem by Rex mayor Ubini

I think I know something
You august ageless being
By the movement of your jaw
Gas of echelon pops out as law
Bending nature's huge back in meekness
Like the cede of trees
To the will of the winds

I plead thee clap your lips,
Let the air it births, sit on my chest,
That it may daily tit tat your will
Then and only then, shall I find rest.

I plead thee clap your lips
For I know what proceeds
Fulfil that you wish
Like the spit from the empyrean
Let it bathe the earth of my being.

I plead thee clap your lips
O ancient of time,
For without it death owns peace
In this turbulent planet
Slippery and full of snaring net.
