I'm cleaning out the old cupboard,
Clearing things I never use;
Another handbag, that's my third!
And there's another pair of shoes!
I'm resolute, I keep aside,
Those things that I can never find;
And so it is, with thoughts that hide,
That cluster in a muddled mind.
They crowd and push you to the brink,
They jumble up your ordered day;
They do not let you even think,
Dictating what you do and say.
So clean and clear your cluttered mind!
Toss those needless thoughts behind!
