Close My Eyes

When I close my eyes
I see your piercing through me
They make me feel as though I can do anything
Those eyes make me feel powerful
But then I open my eyes
I feel worthless again
I want to look into your eyes forever
But I always open my eyes
When I sleep
I am looking into your eyes
I’m finally with you
I wake up and realize
It was all a dream
I cant do this anymore
I want to be with you
But it will happen
When I see you
I try not to look
But our eyes meet
And I blink away all my thoughts
Until I see you in my mind
