I used to think I had little to offer,
That since my divorce I was through;
What I have found is I have a lot left to give,
And it started the day I met you.

You came to me so unexpected,
Into my life you appeared;
You made me feel secure inside,
You vanquished all my fears.

I once again feel like a man,
Whole and complete in every way;
You listen to my every story,
And hang on every word I say.

I owe to you my out look on life,
And the peace I have come to know;
You are the reason I live each day,
So closer to you I may grow.
