Clouds Of Grey Poem by Phil Soar

Clouds Of Grey

Rating: 3.5

Clouds of grey again today
No fluffy white ones to ease the pain
Of senseless, endless, pouring rain
Flooding out my lawn again

And still the birds arrive again
To feed their young in the pouring rain
Their flight as fast as an aeroplane
To hard for me to ever explain

But the clouds of grey won't go away
Settling in for another day
But I won't let them get in my way
Inside, the sun shines bright today
