I THINK, I know this personage. A well composed poem, and is a hilarious poem. I know these facts too well in the period before the reign of President Ir. Joko Widodo, shortened as JOKOWI. Collector is a post created by the British Government in India to collect land revenue in 18th century. It is time to change this designation and use another terminology taking interest of the people.
