We all come from different backgrounds,
No two people are the same.
If you take a good look around,
You'll wonder what is really in a name.
When I look out upon this world,
There are so many unpleasant sights.
So many things have unfurled,
That we've almost lost our human rights.
Our humanity has almost been lost,
You can see it in a child's face.
Human life is the ultimate cost,
What's to become of the human race.
As I look out I see the love is gone,
So many judge by the tone of skin.
We all must go and look beyond,
Search for the beauty and heart within.
We are all in this world together,
We must stand and reunite.
Learn to love your fellow brother.
For what we'll do is right.
If we put our differences aside,
And look together we will find,
That if we all stand side by side,
We all can become color blind.
