Colours Of Holi Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Colours Of Holi

Falguni winds keep swirling sometimes at some nook and corner
Of the lonely roads with the dry pale leaves and sands,
Sometimes pale leaves keep fluttering and falling
And the forest tract in buds and blossoms wearing a new look

On marking Nature so playful and sportive,
Birds twittering,
I can hear children sprinkling coloured water,
Looking rang-berang-faced and saying,
Bura mata mano, it is Holi.
