Heart to palpitate
Last eyes want to see
Hours to agitate
Moments now to flee
No voice there to talk
Legs for good in rest
Cold feet long to walk
Stale ears deaf abreast
Two breaths to take in
One last to remain
Life is now shakin’
Soul fails to regain
Two hands to pray with
No mouth to utter
His face pales grey with
The deadly shutter
