We lie tangled and entwined;
Embedded in each others skin
Staying silent; almost completely combined
Unknowing where our own hands begin
We’ve long been lost deep underneath these sheets
Our thoughts have collided and heated hearts burn brighter
And I can’t find you and you can’t find me
For it’s all the same, I know we both know.
And as I pull you in tighter, your eyes are glazed with understanding;
I put forth my life as yours to live.
And in return, you openly give
Your heart.

What a gorgeous penning Linley, the last stanza sings out from the page. (not sure about the last line, poem seems complete without it) . Beautiful poem though. HG: -) xx
