my problems getting bigger
this life ain't getting better
my hopes and dreams all gone
damn, gimme my medication

I watch my soul wash out to sea
never will it float back to me
how am I supposed to see
this devil sitting on my knee

this come downs lasted over a year
I think about my life and shed a tear
for my life is impossible to steer
the damn thing just won't get in gear

is this karma that I get?
am I on a movie set?
does anyone wanna make a bet
that I won't be able to clear my debt?

This hand I can't play
the cards aren't stacked my way
again its not my day
I feel my life fade away
