Come Closer Poem by Frank Boozer

Come Closer

Rating: 1.5

Come closer so no one will hear our whispering
Others not in love will consider our words indecent
Hide behind the garden walls along our secret path
Lay down among the bee's sucking flowers into honey

Come again to me when the blue moon reaches high
Don't be afraid of the dark there is enough light in your eyes
Creation came all at once only such a force could cause women
Curves and the desire that she creates walking into your sight

Loving a woman is not killing time love gives meaning to time
Forget religion only God enters when spirit comes back to life
Keep telling me your lies let me be your fool and believe forever
One drop of desire taste better than the pleasure of all worlds honey
