'Complicated' Until Ask To Stay The Night Out - Poem by Jaycee Wilkerson

A sunny day
When our eyes met
It was the next day
When our bodies connected

We had great chemistry
I Know because a week later
You were missing me

Our lives were
Already complicated
So these intimate sessions
Added to the complications

I will be the first
To confess that
Our complications
Turned to love
Ignited by
The releashed
Lust we had
For one another
Sparked by a hug

Our complications
Were that we both
Already had lovers
Which is why we called
Our love a complication

We were both involved
With two other people
Already being in relationships

We knew
What we were doing
Was illegal

We knew if caught
We would be
Jeopardizing everything built
With our significant others

Still on late nights
You could find her and I
Under covers wrapped
Intimately tight

Expressing our emotions
And secrets
Hidden from our lovers

Uncovered once
We were covered
By the silky sheets

Relieved once
Our bodies met
Her and I together
Would change
Any negative tone
Our lovers would set

Nights with her made me
Never want to go home
Until one night she ask
Me not to go home.......
