Conscientious Poem by Reyvrex Questor Reyes

Conscientious

Wont to reject trappings of vainglory,
If these would others make so low to see,
But detests modesty and penury,
If wealth appears, by this, as wicked be;
He speaks not in great flurry of wisdom,
So not to belittle the common minds,
Or live a lifestyle of excess freedom,
Lest someone, life, a virtual prison finds;
As though mountain that towers over plains,
Abhors to be center of attraction,
But serve as barrier for the winds and rains,
Or landmark to point to direction;
.....He will divest his goodness, to feel fine,
.....Or angels might compare as less divine.
