Love Sonnet 186: 'As I Scour Back Recesses Of My Brain' - Poem by Reyvrex Questor Reyes

As I scour back recesses of my brain,
No single nook I find without your name,
So broadcasted therein like scattered grain,
That furrowerd acreage would fully claim;
Seen as graffiti on cerebral walls,
Or else, as lone signage in glowing lights,
That in my reverie frequently calls,
For being granted sole visiting rights;
And thus imprinted is your name, so bold,
In my mind, while awake yet or asleep,
To stir up memories, now torn and old,
Imbedded in my consciousness so deep;
……..That may forever last as poets know,
……..Though not as flame amid strong winds that blow

Topic(s) of this poem: love, memories

    You used the wrong 'sole' as this spelling pertains to fish. (filet of sole)
    The correct spelling of the word you meant is 'soul'....and in a heart and soul.
    Beautiful poem, I might add.
